KERMIT "KIM" ROOSEVELT
Kermit Roosevelt is a professor of constitutional law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. A graduate of Harvard University and Yale Law School, he clerked for Judge Stephen F. Williams on the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Justice David H. Souter on the United States Supreme Court. Before joining the Penn faculty, he practiced appellate litigation with the Chicago office of Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw. He is the author of numerous law review articles and two novels: “Allegiance,” and “In the Shadow of the Law.”
