VICTORIA CHAMBERS
Victoria Chambers grew up in Bismarck and Hazen, where she learned the value of family and community through her North Dakota roots. Her mom was a teacher, and her dad worked in the energy sector before purchasing Hazen’s movie theater. Victoria attended North Dakota State University, obtaining degrees in mass communication and political science. Upon graduation, she joined the North Dakota Multiple Sclerosis Society to serve the patients and families in the MS community. Victoria would ultimately join her future husband, Michael, and several college classmates to form Aldevron, now the leading provider of nucleic acids and enzymes for the revolutionary genetic medicine field. At Aldevron, Victoria served in various roles for nearly 20 years, including COO and marketing director. Danaher recently acquired Aldevron for $9.6 billion.
Today, Victoria is active in North Dakota’s nonprofit community and engaged in many projects, including a new children’s science museum. Michael and Victoria have five daughters, all of whom Victoria has homeschooled.
